진짜 간만에 자전거질 했더니 반포 찍고 오는것도 미칠듯이 힘들다 -ㅅ-;
게다가 허리는 왜 그리 아픈게야.. 중반 접어드니 이제 좀만 무리해도 안 아픈데가 없는 모양이다.

속도는 왜 그리 안나는건데.. 평속 엄청 저질이다. ㅋㅋㅋ
